Welcome to Adventure Prompt, an experimental (as of 6 Nov 2016) engine for interactive fiction; this is the runner, or interpreter — the half that allows you to actually play games. You should be able to get some from the same place where you found this. Look for files with the .json extension.
If you want to create your own adventures, there is an the editor called advprompt.py that should be available from the same source.
